Frequently Asked Questions
Portraits
+ Can I bring props to my photo session?
Yes, of course!
+ I have a location I love, can we shoot there?
As long as we have proper permission to photograph there.
+ What should I wear?
Generally, whatever you feel the most comfortable in. If you wear something you feel uncomfortable in, you will more often than not look uncomfortable in your photos. I typically advise clients to wear solids or simple patterns.
+ What is a social media image?
These are images that are prepared for social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Their resolution goes up to 2048px as most social media platforms will compress photos down anyway. This is an ideal solution for photos that won’t be printed larger than a 5”x7”.
Prints
+ There's a photo I like that isn't in the store, can I still get a print of it?
Yes! If you see something you like that isn't in the store, just send me an email through the contact form.
+ How long does shipping take for the prints?
Shipping times will depend on the size of the print order as well as the printing company. Generally most prints will arrive within 2 weeks.
+ How large of a print can I order?
It depends on the medium of the print. For metal prints, the largest size is 48"x96". Some photos will be limited by their resolution. I try to maintain a minimum resolution of 100ppi for large print photos that will be viewed from more than 5ft away.
