Ava Roasteria

The new Ava Roasteria by my house has finally opened! Who would have thought that Beaverton would be the place to find 24 hour cafes.  Anyhow, I like this cafe and their new location seems to  actually be better than the one I used to go to because there are electrical outlets galore! The other place had very few of them and made it difficult to be productive when needing an outlet.  This new place has an outlet available to almost every single table.

Anyhow, I took this as an opportunity to snap a few photos and edit them with Lightroom 5 for the first time on the Mac.  First impressions: it works well. Everything seems to work as it should and it runs smoothly.  Import and export speeds are fast as expected with the i7 quad core processor, 16GB RAM, and SSD storage.  I have yet to process a large batch of photographs, but hopefully I'll be able to get some nice photos over the weekend or something.

Anyhow, here are the couple of photos I took earlier.
